Responsibilities and Duties:
- Examine plans, drawings, and site layouts for new houses, house renovations and industrial pallet storage racking structures
- Inspect construction for conformance to drawings, specifications, building codes or other applicable ordinances
- Inspect existing racking structures to analyze and record the extent of damage, and prepare inspection report for WorkSafeBC
- Visit various construction sites as sales representative and perform marketing duties
- Conform with in-house company’s policies and safety protocols
- Complete professional development tasks in timely manner as specified by supervisor
- Willing to learn technical design basics to develop strong understanding of engineering principles
- Utilize computer and programming skills to digitalize the company’s processes and procedures
Employment Requirements:
- Completion of post-secondary education is required with strong emphasis on management and information technology
- A minimum of 8 years of related work experience
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Education Requirements:
- BBA or MBA degree from an accredited university with emphasis on software development
- Technologist courses with emphasis on structural engineering is considered an asset
Benefits and Compensation:
- In compliance with the B.C. Pay Transparency Act, the expected salary for this role is $70,000 per year. 3AM is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it will pay for this position based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to the specific geographic location.

Work hours and location:
- 37.5 hours per week
- This role requires extensive travel and employee will be mostly working on construction sites
